Our story
With over 30 years of combined experience in hospitality we offer a dynamic, customer-centric approach to hospitality management.
With a passion for the hospitality industry, sharp investment acumen and specialised skillset, we formed Relax Inn Group in 2014 when we first bought a leasehold motel in Ballina, NSW. Since then, we have acquired three more freehold properties and sold the first motel for double the profit.

Industry
The motel industry has evolved drastically since the Gold Rush in the 70-80s. With increasing building and maintenance costs, several large motels with more than 40 rooms are getting acquired by corporate companies.
The population of Australia has increased exponentially over the years, but the number of motels has not grown rapidly, creating high demand, especially in the regional areas.
Since the pandemic, the dynamics of work and life have shifted, encouraging a rise in the population of regional areas; this, alongside the construction boom, has greatly benefitted the motel industry.
When you invest in the motel industry, you know that your investment is secure and part of a robust growing sector.
